The almonds give the cookies a delicate flavor and, together with the butter, ensure a tender texture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For the filling, I use pistachio cream. I also add milk chocolate, white chocolate, and a few chopped pistachios for decoration. As usual, you&#039;ll find the exact quantities in my recipe card below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"meine-tipps-fur-perfekte-pistazienkekse\"><\/span>My tips for perfect pistachio cookies<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Chill the dough well:<\/strong> Let the shortcrust pastry rest in the refrigerator before rolling it out. This makes it easier to work with and helps the cookies retain their shape better during baking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cut out evenly:<\/strong> I use a round cookie cutter with a 5 cm diameter. I also make a small hole in the center of half of the cookies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Don&#039;t bake for too long.<\/strong>The cookies need about 10 minutes at 180\u00b0C. They should only become lightly golden brown so that they remain nice and tender.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fill only after cooling: <\/strong>Spread the fully filled cookie bases with pistachio cream.
