Die Zahlen und Buchstaben bestehen aus einem M\u00fcrbeteig und die F\u00fcllung ist eine Erdbeer- oder Vanillecreme. Doch pl\u00f6tzlich, warum auch immer, sind nicht genug Kuchengabeln da und zu allem \u00dcberfluss f\u00e4llt mir die Kaffeekanne runter. Die Zeit wird echt knapp! Am liebsten w\u00fcrde ich von der n\u00e4chsten Br\u00fccke springen!!! Ich rufe meine Freundin an und klage mein Leid. Wie Freundinnen so sind, setzt sie sich sofort ins Auto, um mein Leben zu retten. Sie bringt ihre Kaffeemaschine inkl. Kanne und Kuchengabeln mit und los geht\u00b4s. Der Patenonkel mit Frau und den Kindern kommt mit seinem&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sonntagsistkaffeezeit.de\/en\/2017\/07\/27\/nutellakaesekuchen-fuer-alle-die-auf-schokolade-und-nuesse-stehen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">weltbesten Nutellak\u00e4sekuchen&nbsp;<\/a>im Schlepptau. Es f\u00fchlt sich gerade bei uns so an als w\u00e4re man bei einem ausverkauften Konzert von Herbert Gr\u00f6nemeyer. Den ganzen Nachmittag Durchgangsverkehr, die Lautst\u00e4rke am Limit, denn alle m\u00fcssen gleichzeitig das Neueste erz\u00e4hlen. Die Luft wird immer schlechter, meine Mutter und Schwiegermutter h\u00f6re ich im Zehn-Minuten-Takt immer wieder feststellen, wie viele Besucher doch da sind und dass es auch so warm ist. F\u00fcr das Kind ist das ja alles viel zu viel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jahaa, verdammt, ich wei\u00df es, denke ich mir im Stillen! Aber ihr geh\u00f6rt halt alle dazu und es ist halt einfach so! Ich gehe in die K\u00fcche um die Sp\u00fclmaschine einzur\u00e4umen. Genial, hier ist es richtig ruhig. Traumhaft, kein Geschrei und kein Gemecker. Kein Wunder, dass mein Mann bei jeder Feier freiwillig die K\u00fcche aufr\u00e4umt. Hier bleib ich auch!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">22 Uhr: Geschafft! Jetzt nur noch schlafen\u2026 Aber oh nein! Morgen ist ja&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.horror-shop.com\/party-deko-zubehoer\/geburtstagsparty\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">der Kindergeburtstag<\/a>. Die ganze H\u00fctte voller M\u00e4dels, die ebenfalls bespa\u00dft werden wollen. Das h\u00e4tte ich ja fast vergessen. Also geht das Ganze von vorne los und mein Wecker wird f\u00fcr den n\u00e4chsten Tag um zwei Stunden vorgestellt. Die Muffins f\u00fcr die Schule m\u00fcssen ja auch noch gebacken werden und die&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sonntagsistkaffeezeit.de\/en\/2018\/01\/19\/kreatives-gastgeschenk-diy-prinzessinnen-als-kronen-mit-ferrero-kinder-schokolade-zum-kindergeburtstag\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Mitgebsel f\u00fcr die G\u00e4ste<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/a>sollen auch bereitstehen \u2026 was die treusorgende Mutter von heute gerne morgens um sechs macht. Letter Cake Rezept &#8211;&nbsp;Zutaten f\u00fcr 2 Zahlen<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>F\u00fcr den M\u00fcrbeteig:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>240 Gramm Butter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 g Puderzucker<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Prise Salz<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Teel\u00f6ffel Vanilleextraxt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 egg<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>330 Gramm Mehl<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>120 Gramm gemahlene Mandeln<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>F\u00fcr die Frischk\u00e4secreme:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>600 Gramm Sahne<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 P\u00e4ckchen Sanapart<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>300 Gramm Frischk\u00e4se (Dopplerahmstufe)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Teel\u00f6ffel Vanilleextrakt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 Gramm Puderzucker<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>F\u00fcr die Dekoration:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Macarons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Himbeeren<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Erdbeeren<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Heidelbeeren<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wei\u00dfe und Rosa Baiserdrops<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Blumen nach Wahl (Ich habe rosa Eustoma verwendet)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Preparation:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Number Cake zusammensetzen: Die Creme in einen Spitzbeutel mit gro\u00dfer Locht\u00fclle f\u00fcllen. Den unteren Keks auf eine Tortenplatte oder sch\u00f6ne Unterlage setzten und mit dem Spritzbeutel kline Tupfen auf den Keks spritzen, so dass er vollst\u00e4ndig bedeckt ist. Nun wird der zweite Keks draufgelegt und ebenfalls vollfl\u00fcchtig mit Tupfen dekoriert.&nbsp;Zum Schluss wird der Number Cake mit den wei\u00dfen und rosa Baiserdrops, Erdbeeren, Himbeeren, Heidelbeeren, Macarons und Eustoma verziert und sofort serviert.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M\u00fcrbeiteig: Die Butter mit dem Puderzucker, Salz und dem Vanilleextrakt verkneten. Das Ei hinzuf\u00fcgen und die Masse kurz unterr\u00fchren. Nun das Mehl zuf\u00fcgen und gemahlene Mandeln hineingeben und alles rasch zu einem M\u00fcrbeteig verkneten. Den Teig abdecken f\u00fcr mindestens 1 Stunde in den K\u00fchlschrank stellen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Anschlie\u00dfden wird der Teig kurz durchgeknetet und auf einer bemehlten Backfolie oder auf einem Backpapier etwa 5 mm d\u00fcnn ausgerollt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nun wird die Zahlen-Schablone DIN A4 (per Word ausgedruckt \u2013 Du kannst die Zahl auch per Hand direkt auf das Backpapier mit Bleistift zeichnen) auf den M\u00fcrbeteig gelegt und zweimal ausgeschnitten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jetzt werden die ausgeschnittenen Zahlen-Kekse f\u00fcr mindestens 30 Minuten ins Gefrierfach gelegt. Den Backofen auf 170 Grad Ober\/Unterhitze vorheizen und die Zahlen-Kekse f\u00fcr ca. 18 Minuten backen, bis der Rand leicht braun wird.
